The California Public Employers/Employees Health Care Coalition (CPEEHCC) was established in 1992 and currently represents over 300,000 lives.

CPEEHCC was previously limited to Trust Fund’s group membership in California. The 2007 bylaws were revised to allow more people to join this Non-Profit Association, and with this change came a new name to best represent the membership. Membership is open to California public employers; associations and unions representing members employed by public employers; and trust funds formed by such associations and unions to provide benefits to their employees; jointly-managed employer/employee Trust Funds; and other public sector benefit plans duly organized under the laws of California.

CPEEHCC has been successful in providing cost savings to its membership by pooling the membership’s insurance products. Current insurance products include Dental (Delta Dental), Vision (VSP), Stop Loss coverage, Best Doctors and Wellness and Health promotion initiatives.

One of the most valued benefits of your CPEEHCC membership is it’s investment in education and training through an annual training conference. The 2010 training conference will be held January 20-22 at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. This year’s conference will focus on the impact of national healthcare reform among other relative topics. You don’t want to miss this year’s conference!
